I CONFERENCE ON TRUFFLES AND WINE IN THE PROVINCE OF HUESCA

Gastronomic route – truffle hunting – Talks dates 1 – 2 8 February

El Grillo y La Luna, after two years of organising the truffle and wine days in the winery (Grillo meets truffle), is launching a gastronomic days in the province of HUESCA, which include:

  • A gastronomic route in more than 20 establishments in the province of Huesca to pair gastronomic proposals made with black truffle, Tuber melanosporum and paired with Grillo wine.
    Third ‘Grillo meets truffle’ day at the winery for the final customer with a show cooking and exhibition with truffle hunting dogs.
    Training talks on truffles and wine in the hotel and catering schools of Guayente and San Lorenzo.
