El Grillo, marca la diferencia, ya que son vinificaciones especiales y únicas.
La singularidad del proceso, donde incluso se trabaja una hectárea a caballo, la recolección manual al 100%, la selección grano a grano de la uva, la fermentación en foudres de roble francés -clasificados por parcela y variedad- y la fermentación maloláctica en barrica nueva de roble francés -el 80% de Grillo es barrica nueva y el 20% de doble uso-, nos da como resultado unos vinos potentes, pero de una suavidad exquisita.
Son vinos muy aromáticos, elegantes y con carácter, que le confieren el prestigio de ser una de las mejores bodegas del Somontano.
Esta gama está formada por Grillo, Canto Cri-Cri (chardonnay fermentado en barrica), Hop-Hop y Súper Grillo, el vino top de la bodega.

Su presentación es un homenaje al trabajo de la mujer en la viña.
Son vinos frescos que expresan juventud y la esencia de la variedad de la uva de la que proceden.
